My Emotions Maturity

Emotions don’t just feel good or bad, they also contribute crucially to people’s well-being and health. In general, experiencing positive emotions is good for us, whereas experiencing negative emotions is bad for us. When I was a child, I was quick to get angry  into anything like losing a children’s game and other games and when I lost I would cry, but I will control it as soon as I finish crying, I will greet my teammates again. we will laugh and fix it again. Now growing up and getting older I thought to myself that it’s not good to always be angry or to cultivate anger because it hurts the heart, brain and health but now I just laugh at everyone and I don’t think about such things, and I can’t angry at any little thing and that I will control my anger.
